What it doesHow long does setting it up take?
An afternoon for the widget: add a website, point it at a page or a sitemap, paste one script tag. Tickets landing in your own system takes as long as somebody on your side needs to build the endpoint that receives them — we give you its exact shape and a button that tests it.
Can we try it before paying?
Tell us what you want to test and we will set that up with you. We would rather you proved it on your own content than took our word for it.
Do you read our customers’ conversations?
Only where you ask us to look at something specific while we are helping you. Database sources are read over a read-only connection, personal details in the content the agent imports are masked before it is stored, and files a visitor sends sit in a private bucket behind short-lived links. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is masked and what is not.
